Water Lily Apartment features two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. The recently renovated bathroom is modern and equipped with a practical shower. The spacious living room includes a TV, a dining table, and a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests when needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and all the necessary cookware and tableware.

The apartment is located on the second floor (without a lift) of a building with a private enclosed courtyard, where you can take advantage of free outdoor parking. A covered garage is also available for storing bicycles and is equipped with tools for small repairs.

The location is ideal: just steps away from the town hall, a pharmacy, and the bus stop with convenient connections to Varese, Gavirate, and Angera. A pleasant 5-minute walk will take you to the beautiful Lake Varese cycle path.
